Who We Are

We are a group of consultants with proven track records working in high-level positions in the healthcare industry. We work differently than most consulting firms by pairing you directly with consultants so that you can avoid paying inflated hourly rates, markups, and agency fees.

Below are some of the accomplishments of our primary consultant who specializes in strategic and operational services:

• Served as the Vice President of Managed Care Services at the largest Hospitalist group in Central Florida
• Oversaw the negotiation and implementation of managed care agreements with health plans and capitated risk providers
• Led the operational integration of contractual opportunities
• Collaborated with hospital partners on issues relevant to their managed care relationships
• Designed and implemented quality management systems, processes and monitoring for improvement of health care delivery, core measures, patient safety and satisfaction, and the establishment of practice performance standards
• Provided systems, processes and structure for administrative and clinical staff hiring and training
• Lead participation in advocacy endeavors at local, state and national levels.
• Led the Quality Management and Corporate Communications departments of a Medicare Advantage plan and spearheaded the development of innovative integrated technology solutions to drive business excellence and Star Rating achievement initiatives.

Below are some of the accomplishments of our primary consultant who specializes in creative services such as copywriting, graphic design, photography, videography, and TV editing:

• Served as creative director for healthcare-focused advertising agencies and for Medicare Advantage plans for over 10 years.
• Created award-winning advertising campaigns and marketing materials while maintaining full compliance with Federal CMS regulations (zero compliance deficiencies). Results:
• Membership increased from 13,000 members to over 50,000 members (CAGR = 67%).
• Named fastest growing Medicare Advantage plan in the nation in 2013 & fastest growing Medicare Advantage plan in Florida from 2010-2013.
• Company revenue increased from $43m (2009) to over $500m (2014 run rate).
• Moved photography and video/TV production in-house:
  • Built and managed in-house studio.
  • Shot all print campaign photography (savings of $30k/year).
  • Wrote, shot, directed, and did post-production for full TV campaigns, including annual 30-minute TV “infomercial” spot (savings of $175k/year).
• Decreased enrollment costs by partnering with Marketing Operations team to create an iPad application designed to enroll Medicare beneficiaries:
  • Enrollment costs decreased by over $500k/year.
  • Reduced application error rate from over 5% to less than 1%.
  • First-in-industry to create & trademark a CMS-approved iPad Medicare enrollment app.
• Created organic lead-generating campaigns and authored Business Requirements Documents for iPad apps designed to track leads.
• Improved quality and timeliness of creative team by designing and implementing an in-house project management / performance system.
• Consistently worked to reevaluate and improve processes throughout all departments.
• Led rebranding efforts & worked with executive staff to create / implement company culture (purpose, values, etc.).
• Designed state-of-the-art, fully-branded corporate office & 4 regional offices.
• Created branded vehicle wraps, managed vendor relations and ensured quality, competitive cost, and timeliness for a fleet of 100+ vehicles.
